It's not against the rules of top eleven, indeed. However, if you compare it with real life, this is called match fixing. And everybody screams for "scandal", no matter if that's because of an agreement with gamblers, or to have a better position on the table.
You will find very interesting readings if you google "football games scandals"...
This is only a stupid online game. So, I could take it easy. But if that's indeed only a game, why do people feel the need to do such things ? This is not only not fair-play, but extremely ridiculous...
