International langages post could be created and the moderator could be the referent to lift ideas or question in english.
We have CIS topeleven communities with 10000 users registered :) and we post here in russian.
English forum is near collapse and you're talking about new languages? LOL That doesn't make sense now, it maybe would have sense if they made it before... I'm not against new languages, au contraire, but I think there is not enough active members for that.
You can add few members which speak same language as friends here or on facebook, that is even better.
