Your flanks are defended well but you middle is very weak so if he had 3 mc'd and passed through the middle it's logical you lost.

That explains
When he starts attacking through your middle he's already at your backline when there is someone who can stop him.
Either go for AMR and AML or DMR and DML, not both.
