League: Another tight game for Buffs FC but at least its a 2-0 win - climbed to 4th.
Cup: Won 2nd leg 3-2 away after losing 1-0 at home in the first, so we march on.
Transfer activity: Bought 2 new 1-season wonders (hopefully)- Striker and DC/DMC. 5 first team players now have more than 120 games under their belt and 2 of those are having ups n downs in performance terms. Fresh Blood still needed.
Today was the last drop, my LEAGUE game in pictures, i am still speechless!

At home, despite not watching, against ilegal formation, this guy is my inhame friend and he is tanking the season, no moral boosters, no 100% condition.
Playing almost all game against 10 and last minutes against 9.
Totaly absurd stats.
No joy in playing like this!

League: Clear win. 6 goals and one from Cantareil who hasn't played in some time. Nice to see him score one from time to time. Also, an other injured player to add to the list, incredible.

Cup: Well, that's us already out of the cup. Forgot to watch the match and I pay the price. Nonetheless, I had great stats in this game but as usual, my players are not taking their chances and it's come to haunt us. 25 shots, 11 on target and only one goal. Ugh....

A question: we lost our cup match yesterday 2-1 the same score we won the first leg by which took the match into extra time and eventually won 4-2 but on my club record it is showing as a loss?

League has been good to me, PL 9 W8 D1 L0. Currently 1st in league 1 point in front of opponent in 2nd. League draw was fair this season with all the teams more or less the same quality..
Knocked out of the cup, wasnt surprised as all the other teams are 2 levels higher than me.
Got a 5-0 away win.. 4 points clear of opponent in 2nd.
10/10 in chamionship, in champions league i am the third and in cup i have been eliminated...

In the league we suffered after a good start and are currently only on rank 8. Maybe the players went lazy after two good seasons. I try to turn things around with some transfer and could already land some transfers:
Orue came early in the season, because one of my MCs got only 4 and 5 marks. He is ok with 6-7 marks depending on the formation:

Buffs FC lose 3-1 at home to long time rival Fenerbahce SK - and Fenerbahce has been suffering too as that was their first win. Ex-Academy starlet Jim Baxter rated a 4 - he is now known as the late Jim Baxter. ;)
The Buffs then drew with Atletico Paris 1-1 to maintain mid-table mediocrity.
Buffs Mad then manage to coax a performance out of the side as they defeat 3rd placed Turk Ohnan at home: 2-1.
They now play 2nd and 3rd before the midpoint.
Cup:
The Buffs lose the home leg 1-0 despite controlling possession and creating more threat.
Champions League
Buffs FC scrape a 3-2 win against the botom side to go top but defeat in the final match could put them out.

Celtic Rangers (level 1) sit 3rd in the table after a 4-0 win yesterday - 3pts off the pace. They hold a 3-0 1st leg advantage in the Cup.
Shangalang FC (level 8): sit top pf the league on GD with a game in hand; maintain a 100% record in the CL; and win the Cup 1st leg 7-1.
Dependiente, OMA (level 3) slip to 4th and 7pts behind after a 2-1 loss; in the CL they require something from the final match against the Group leaders to have any chance of progress; but in the Cup a 3-1 lead gives hope of advancing to the next round. 5 injuries in 2 days have not been helpful. :(

1-3 in CL match, I was thinking that match was near 11:19 and was 10:59 or so, ...so I did not attend but my players did the work.
In a friendly against Port Vale FC I proved the new GK, ST's and players of all lines and had 9 ratings x3, and won 17-0 so I have the future of the team here ready to fight for our colours :3

Fixture Update
League: Buffs FC win 2-1 against the side that gave them their first 'Bad Day' ever, last season. This was followed up by a 2-2 draw v 3rd and a 2-1 win v 2nd. Buffs FC lie 6th with a game in hand.
Champions League: Buffs slipped again to a draw in last CL Gropu match but secured top spot. A solid performance in Top 16 1st leg saw the Buffs win 2-0 away.
Cup: With a 1-0 deficit from the first leg in which they dominated the Buffs looked for a big performance away from home. A 3-2 win was enough - even although they dominated again, 2 goals from the home side in a 10 min flurry from the 1 hour mark made Buffs Mad sweat before an 84th min strike from Law put them through.
In the QF 1st leg a 3-0 away win puts one foot in the SF again - thanks to Goalkeeper David Harvey who caught every corner, FK and smothered every cross in a 9 rated MoM performance.
