help how do you send screenshot for supersonic ads

I have all the proof for downloading game Deck Hero's and when I submit ticket# there is no attachment to send a picture how the heck do I send it? When they email me I can't reply to it it says no reply it's a joke I asked them over and over and all they write is rejected you did not send PROOF

you can reply to the support emails they send - that's how i did mine

Went into missing coins entered my email address and in the box explanation and hit submit unfortunately there is no attachment button how do I get a screenshot to go into a box? Thanks so frustrating
