Can't seem to find out how to put my players on the list for negotiations rather than just transfer.

You cant put players on negotiation list...They are put automaticaly...

as above and player`s need too be 1 skill away from next star to go on neg list and it`s only from level 4 and upwards so the higher you go you can have 1/2/3 star player`s with 1 skill away from star to go on list

also you will not see your own player`s on neg list same as any player`s you put on transfer list but your friends (blue lettering on any transfer) as well as other`s will be able too see them with normal white lettering
