If you 're in training section and want to train the players, you must have them in 2 green bars or 3 green bars. If they are in 1 green bar they don't paricipate in training and the gaining bar is grey. You can change the bar 1-2 or 3 scale, individual for every player.
The player who participate in the game has some progress no matter what the training green bar position.
