I peeved of with facebook

I`v just lost my level 22 team because of some bug with sending Utube vid that i never sent so facebook have blocked me ?
so now lost an brilliant team as well as over 2,800 tokens and 2.900 red packs, so i`v had to open new account and have too start from level 1 again and only 20 tokens 6 of each packs, Grrrrrrrr
