How do you say thank you for watching?

I've had a number of players saying thank you after I've watched their game, does anyone know how to do this.

This is only on PC, it's a button you can press at the end of a game.

Also in fixtures when you review a match you did not attend there will be a button in the Spectators tab in the Supporters section.
