I am currently level 1, a new manager but i read many guides etc and know alot about the game now. except a few things like formations etc

I am confused that why do i lose against teams that are lower than me. I've been losing 3:1 etc to teams with 13.7 rating
my team is 16.8 and i make sure my players have 99% condition before their league match and use alot of morale boosters to keep everyone happy and offer win bonuses as well.

but I still lose to teams to whom I think i shouldn't lose to :/

and how do i improve my player's stars quickly. I can't use training frequently coz i got matches and matches so i have to keep my players in good condition for the matches

You must train them after your matches but make sure they have enough recovery time before the next match, also make sure you have the right mentality in relation to your formation.
