It seems like they are playing all there players out of position, how will this effect their chances as I know if you play an illegal formation you lose 80% possession anything like that or should it make it easier for me to win?

That depends, but in most cases it makes easier to win. :)
don't count on that.. i meet some teams playing like that and they were a nightmare .. a defender plying as a GK, giving MOM performance ... doh
Well I won 4-0 and as I suspected I had 80% possession all match, they had DMC in goal GK as MR and lots more crazy ****!!
