Attendance newbie question

At level 1 I have Village Stadium lvl 2 (3000 seats) but never built the extra seats thing.
And my game attendance is always 800/3000. What is the reason it is never higher? I mean i thought it is because of fans (500) or maybe ticket prices, but it is always exactly 800. Why don't more come? What do i need to build?

Every level has attendance limit. That limit isn't related with ticket prices and number of fans. You don't have to build new seats and stadium until level 3. Build infrastructure instead (hospitals, gyms, improve terrain etc.)

Ticket price for every level should be around 30% of maximal possible, but not higher. Of course you should adjust it according to your opponent. If opponent is weak, then it won't attract fans so then decrease price (for one or 2 points, that's enough)
For level 1 optimal price is 5, for level 2 it is 6.

You should have around 1/3 of max price, cup and CL should cost a little bit more. Keep raising your price until you don't have 800 people in your stadium then you lower the cost by 1.
