Time zone and server reset?

Hi, I'm from Croatia and we're atm on GMT+1.
Which time zone is this game on?
Second question, day 1 of next season is in sunday i think, anyone knows exact reset time?

I think it is 4 in the morning your time, 4am CET.

Usually the season update happens between 3.30am and 4.30am CET

For me game is usually available after 06:00, sometimes later, depens from server to server.
