are you playing on pc or phone?

If phone, no

If pc, yes (click on manager, then history or click on club, then trophies)

If you play on the phone through facebook. then launch the game through facebook on a pc to see your history or trophies

If you plan on the phone through the play now button, then go to friends in the game, try to add friends through facebook. The phone will then link your phone's team to your facebook account. Then, do what I said right above this.
