It's a player generated by Nordeus. He is most likely to be on the transfer market in the morning, he is a bit more expensive than other players (mostly), however his wages are definitely higher than from a player of the same stats, who isn't a Nordgen.
He is there to feed the market and the clubs who sell him have strange names like Merciful A.C. and so on.
