There isn't a logic/football explanation. It's just a bug of the game (or a bad visualization of the match). It's old and known that when the GK of the oppo is injured and the manager doesn't watch, an odd result is very possible. I 've seen it (and read it in other posts) many times.
It happened to me once but another time I managed to reverse the incoming trolling (hard attack-whole pitch-of side).
