I am not winning games in the league although I have the best team in the league. Also I am watching them but also not winning them. I am even losing against weak teams which have 45 quality as I have 51.9 . I am in leval 7 and since the beginning of the season I am not winning any games in the league as well as in the cup and the champions league. Please help me and solve these thiings

Teams do go through slumps of bad form. I usually try to replace the worst performing guys (3-5 ratings) and maybe look at orders, and put them in a rather neutral setting; normal, no hard passing etc and mixed. But without knowing more about his team is hard to give advice.
