sell.unless you have max money. there is no retirement party, this is a game of numbers.
My star players always retire in my club.
This season Will be my academy GK with 32 years old 2stars, unfortunatly even If he play all the games until the end of season, Will only make 497 appearances.
I suppose that you don´t need him. In fact it´s not very easy to sell an old player so you can try to sell if and take the money, If don´t, give a farewell party for their loyalty and love for the team and the fans.
I have a hard time selling 28 & 29 y.o.'s. 30 and over is nigh impossible. If they still play well keep them as benchers or to play against weaker teams.
