You must have a good team and near the end of the season find a 2*-3-4* team of your league and set a counter formation.

Hey, I could do that. I have a 6* avg starting lineup or close to it without a ST and have already won my league with 2 games left.

4-3W-3N (AMs) is what I used.

Meaning that it's playing with the same formation. Then put your AMs to the weak side. If he hasn't DL-DR , then put AML-AMR and order through the flanks (+ red arrows). If he has only one DC, then put 2 AMC. It doesn't matter if you put your ST as AMC (if you haven't 2nd AMC). He doesn't count as a ST in that game.
How big of a hit do players take playing out of their natural position? Yellow or Red
Some don't mind so much being in the yellow triangle spot (I've learned the next role for a couple guys too that got 7's and 8's oop) and a few the red, but most take larger morale hit when OOP.
I got the park the bus vs. an abandoned team who had a lot of oop guys. I just put my ST as AMC.
Can you get this achievement in a friendly? (I guess not...)
Play against an inactive manager in the league. I managed to get a 10-0 victory. But I guess you must have an official match to get it. The only thing I changed was to not use any strikers, I didn't use different tactics.
I got the achievement in my next to last league game. I had already won the title so I played defensive with a CAM and LW/RW flanking him. Won an easy 3-0 contest with near 80% possession.

Yeah, well done. Its a lot easier to do since 'park the bus' formations stopped being penalised down to 20% possessionQuote:

Controlling the ball and playing keep away is just as effective if you can pull it off. Though why one would want to is another question.
