Newb 101, do both Clubs need to be level 4 before you can Trade Players between Teams?

if your on about negotiation list, then yes but this is only better at higher level and selling too lower level teams i pay my wages doing this but once this Auto assign of skill point`s hit`s i can`t sell player`s 1 skill away from next star so will quit, that being said here`s the neg list below

Level 4 = 5 star 1 skill from 6 star ( scout ) keep player unless shocking offer and only level 4 can bid
Level 5 = 4 and 5 star, 4 star means level 4 can bid and 5 star level 5
as you go higher then you do same with 1/2/3 star`s player`s these are being patient and training your non token youth player`s

You can always sell and buy players using the transfer market.

For direct transfer, yes the negotiation list is only available past level 4. I think this restriction is there so that people can't make a lot of accounts and transfer freely available tokens from one to another by making ridiculous offers.

To be level 4 you need to finish league at top7 for three seasons, which take some commitment to accomplish.
