I am a new member in Top Eleven. My boyfriend sent me invitation to the game, I accepted it and problem is that we don´t see our matches and we can´t support each other. Please, could you help me, what to do?

When you say you accepted it, you started the game for the first time from the invitation or gift itself, having never opened the game before? It only works if you started it initially from their gift/invite. If you did that, then I would ask TopEleven Support to see if they can fix.
