Plan to sell any poor performers on Day 1 next season. Age I don't worry about so much as form and then Quality.. anyone over 28 or so is hard to sell (for me) so if an old guy still gets 7-9-8-7-7 type form I tend to keep them for bench & vs. weaker teams.
