Unless you have it linked to FB, it is only on the device where it was installed. I believe TopEleven Support can help you to do so with an existing device team and a FB account with no team attached. If you have an existing FB, that you don't really use, so long as the account is active, it is very convenient to be able to log onto the main site to play, on any pc or device with the app installed in the world.
