from level 7 it`s worth signing non token youth as you can train too 1 skill away from next star ( 3 star ) as level 4 teams will see as 5 star and 1 skill away from scout, so then it`s just waiting for token offer`s from neg list unless you need the money then sign non token and place on market then pray for bidding war
