Linking Team?

I have a team on Android that isn't linked to Facebook. Is it possible to somehow use that same team on iPhone? Or is it possible to link to Facebook and still have my team then link to any device?
Any other linking solutions welcomed, thanks.

It is possible if your FB account doesn't already have a team linked to it.
