They don't, it is the Support of the offer provider that should be contacted with offer issues.
If you bought Tokens, and didn't get, they deal with that at TopEleven Support
I want to contact the Top eleven support. Do you have the email-adress? Can I write in German?
I believe the email is Support@nordeus.eu, English I think for the email. They did recently update their Support site, and have it in Deutsch a section for this problem: Ich habe ein Angebot durchgeführt aber keine Tokens erhalten. | TopEleven Support
