Yes, i have a question, i see on forum some members buy players on an other member...

I explain, on my server, there is a member who try to sell players who have 6 stars for me, so i can't put a token to buy him ! Is there a solution to buy this players with 6 stars by an other way ?? (This member is on the same server that me!)

You can only buy 3-5* from other managers, and the Transfer Market. Negotiations they are very near 6* and only Scout has 6*.
