Guys,really?This is the most ridicuolus game.How calculate the match?I was there.(again,sure).Opponent manager wasn't.I lose the match.My team was better with ball possesion,rating etc.So?Go nordeus(you know where!).

P.S.:It wasn't my first lose.That puts the lid on it.

Lately i played 11 games and i watched 4 of them , and guess what !! i lost the four and won the matches that i didn't watch , so Stop watching

Morale doesn't always give an advantage. Overall, it only contribute to possession afaik.

Depend on the player status, a high morale could have adverse effect on his form rather than helping.

But, if the player is getting bad form continously while his morale is low, boosting his morale can significantly help.

If a player gets good rating (8+) when his morale is very low (at orange or red), boosting his morale to max using 2 packs risk destroying his form in the next few matchs. It's better let him play and let his morale automatically increase.

Packs shouldn't be used unless a player have a dropping morale. Boosting morale of a player with increasing morale screw him up.
I've made this error before resulting a good old DC unusable for more than a week due to bad form.

If isn't broken don't try to "fix it". Simple as that.

interesting, but I don't let my players to go at orange or red because I 've noticed that they are more vulnerable to injuries at that morale.
