Why I keep ON losing TO THIS TEAM

I'm lose to this team for 2 times now, the second time maybe because I didn't show up on the match and didn't change my injury MC at the field

1st time: 2-4
2nd time: 2-3

This is the enemy teams formations... I dont know what it called 4-4-1-1 ?

and my formations (MY LEFT MC is injured ON the match, and I didn't make sub, because I can't online..)
