hi guys i am a level 2 newbie, i am currently concentrating on my stadinium, when i go want to build a small car park for example it says: "Disabled. Small car park, to unlock construct another item in this category and all other facilities at level 1." BUT I AM LEVEL 2 AND I BUILT ALL OTHER ITEMS IN THIS CATEGORY PLEASE HELP.

you must construct all other facilities at Level 1 / L1 (facility level not manager level) first before build a small car park.
no i built the dirt and gravel parking and it still says that!

ALL other facilities must be at Lvl 1.... stadium, lights, grass, scoreboard, training, medical, u21, facilities (pissers)
Build everything you can build until you are forced to build lights and scoreboard... build lights and scoreboard...
And repeat...
