team value doesnt per say say much about how good the team is, you can have many old farts on your team, and therefore a low value. but the team can actually be excellent. so be carefull putting to much in these numbers.

wage is directly calculated out of the quality of the player, when contract was signed


You see at my level 36, there is not much fun or variation in these factors
