Is this an illegal formation?

I played a league game against a guy who played a 3-5-2 formation the whole game and I won possession 80-20. He didn't have any injuries in the game and the manager never came to the game. I think this is a neglected team since he has a lot of money and is only a 2 star team. He plays a GK in goal, but also plays GKs as a ST and ML.



Does that cause the formation to be illegal?

Wish we could figure this out.... I had 3 players OOP today because I overslept! Not only did I only go down to 44% possession... but my OOP players scored ratings of 7, 7, and 8.... including earning a seven on sprained ankle (5th minute) and the 8 being MotM!

There must be some sort of possession loss (possibly 5% per player) for every player we choose to play out of position. It would make sense in a way, This probably was brought in to decrease the chances of drawing or losing when we play inactive teams. So if this is a recent change Nordeus have done to the game engine, then they have done a good job.
