Is there a limit to how many times you can do this before a match? Also, can my opponent keep changing his formation every time I do as well? Just trying to see if there is a limit,etc?

there is no limit but be sure what formation you want as when 3 mins left you can`t change, so my advice have team ready 5 mins before k,o
