I am after a MR quality 189 for my level 34 team. The only one available has good skills but form is 445. If I buy will he perform for me or be just as crap as he is now.

now it's random i think. Several seasons ago, they keep the same form to new teams but now it may not the case

I generally align midfields by foot if I'm playing middle I put my right footers on the right if im playing flanks ill put them on the left so the passing lanes aer easier. Not sure if it makes a difference but it's worth a shot.
Decided against it and bidding for a 188 rated with 194 attacking skills and 777 form. Hope it works out. Trying to build a new team for next season. Currently 9th and hoping for promotion next time.
