No jersey or emblem 5th bday

I did not get any jersey or emblem in my club inventory or store.anyone know how to fix that ?

same problem , people who connect before last new day of season seems to got it but for those who connect on t11 after the daily maintenance there is nothing on club shop , no jersey or emblem ....

what do you mean, people who connect before last new day of season?

I connect EVERY day in 5 accounts and did not see any GIFT this morning.

I got the 5 tokens for each account, but no gift.

i connected and subscribed yesterday and was up at 6am today and got nothing ?? except the 5 tokens after i watched video so where is my shirt and eblem;

edit; just found out the shirt and badge was only available for 3 hour`s to claim ?? how is this fair when it came up when i`m asleep, i`m not getting up at say 2am in the morning
