Rate my Training System

Hi all. I want to u rate my Player Training System.

I'm Level 6 and I'm 4th right now in the league abd in 1/8 of the Cup.
I want to train one player
His name is Aleksandar Heco, 19-YO (Q=43.0) and cost 7.50M so he is Fast trainer. These days I have 2G per day and they are almost always:
1st 4-7h and 2nd 20-24h
So I train my players at 13h by 20% training. Then I wait 3h and I train Heco with 20% which is 40% points for him. After the games ends he get around 15%. That is 55% a day.
if there's 1G per day lets say around 15h then I train 30% and 20% at 00:00h and at 23h also 30% and 20% which is 100% a day.

So what do u think about this system?
