can T11 track an ingame negs offer and tokens?

I bid on a player in the negs (27 tokens), i didnt get the player as offer was not accepted nor did i get my 27 tokens back.

I have cleared out browser cache but still same, 27 tokens have just vanished.

can they track this and sort it??
