Need formation/Tactic Help

Currently in league 1, New to the game, I have a rating of 16.9 where as my opposition are at like 13, 14, Yet i seem to either Draw or lose, Yet my squad is so much better...

What am i doing wrong? What can i change? I am not a fan of losing haha,

Is it just Rng? Or could i actually change things up a bit,

ratings help but it also comes down player position/formation and what sort of tactic you use, so i a bit more info would be helpful

edit; also what formation does you oppo use ?

The difference is not huge between you and them, give them win bonus and keep their moral superb and condition 80/90%+.
