Generally I would agree, would just point out that I'm level 2 about to go to level 3 and I've found some GREAT fast trainers that other teams are dumping. I assume these are low level managers that haven't learned how to train yet and don't realize the value of the player they have or the value of having a lower quality team prior to the start of the next season. I've been able to sell low value, slow trainers that are much higher quality that wouldn't have survived my increase in level and swap them out for fast trainers of much lower quality that I'm quickly preparing for next season, greatly improving the value of my team.
