    Transfer Market

    I have a question. I am now in the third division and the maximum quality of players that I saw on the market was 34, when I was in the second division of the maximum quality players on the market was 29. Can someone help me explain some things both then how several times I've seen people from second division players to gamble for 30-34 quality.Should I do something to see the players that I have more than most in my division and I do not know. Please let me explain some things both some what. I apologize if I have errors in the writing I do not know very well English
