i`m guessing they have improved league prize for each game as well as Cup and Champions league and sponsorship so we can cope with wages
i will see tomorrow when league begins if league prizes improve....

my wages per day is 24.5 million while my daily sponsor money is 2.32 million so that`s 22.18 million in the red already
It seems at odds that they say they have improved finance at the higher levels to improve and make the game better the day AFTER they nuked ticket prices on friendly games.
Many were using that money to survive.
...How about cap room? Im HUUUUUUUUGE fan of that thing in the NBA, where team has a limit on how much they can pay their players, which makes it impossible to have more than 2 (sometimes 3, if you get a young player who peaks early and is still on low contract) star players. How about that? Get 2-3 star players and try to get weaker, but stable supporting cast. I hate how Real and Barcelona turned spanish league into "Ow, let's see which on of those two will win this year". What's the fun in having 15-20 team league, when you have 2 that dominates the league for ever, because they have money? That sucks and it destroys a point for me to watch football games...~~Quote:

Yeah I really hope the increase is enough to cover wages for people, indeed especially since so many relied on friendlies.
Basically it would suck to run into a team whose owner buys a looooooot of tokens, changes it into cash, buys 6* guys and just covers everything with tokens. And with current system, it's a possibility - and honestly, if I had a "luck" to run into someone like that, that would kill the fun for me completly... :/ I like manager games, but when there is a chance that someone can just "buy" his way to the top...come on...
Have I missed something here. I do not play many friendlies, buy when I have I got 248k attendance paying 30 each, has this now changed?

Yup, just played a friendly and lost 62k fans compared to last season.
Cup prizes usually have no big difference on level up. In this season, the cup prize for my level 23 team almost doubled from that at level 22 in last season

In contrast, my L15 did not receive the message. Cup prizes for it have no significant change comparing with last season.
Please note that cup prizes for different teams in same level can be different. This is just an example. It cannot fully show how Nordeus have made changes on cup prizes.
But still a problem if you are losing 15M a day for wages at level 34. Cannot see Nordeus upping the league payments to cover this. I will wait and see.
Well Im out of the cup after being given a team 3 levels above me, so if that is their plan, then its pointless.
Add in to the loss made on friendly games and the majority of users, especially those with weaker teams, will end up worse off, rather than better.
What is stupid of Nordeus is to put an in game announcement saying improvements have been made, but then do NOTHING to tell people what those changes are or how they help us. Its a lack of respect to the players and incompetence on their part.
The league prize is about 1.5x comparing with previous seasons (lower levels.)

Again I am all for you doubling the prize money. But IMO the real issue is the little red circle in the bottom.
