Where did all the good 18-years go?

Since last season I've noticed quite a decline in the amount if buy-worthy 18 years old, while 19 years old has increased, but not very much. What's up with that?

I'm aware that the amount of teams on higher levels should be fewer than on lower levels and therefore the amount of players will decrease. But so drasticly?

The same tendency can be seen in youths with special abilities..

What level are you at, the amount is known to drop in higher levels

try looking early morning just after maintenance
