Near 50 views, this thread is successful only for the name it have LOL
Ok, probably I will prove an experiment.
Port Vale FC have now 14 retired players between 32-34 age, I have some tokens, near 60 to try to stay in the situation like a new team, so maybe will be good idea try to explain the steps to convert this xoxo team in a Champion of something again, explaining my decisions and viewpoints used as manager.
I will leave the team in automatic and every night without attend any match will try to explain what I do.

Ok, I v'e got some ideas you can help :cool:
- successful tanking : how to stay in the same league, without playing oop, getting cards/injuries, morale drop and leveling your young players
- how to create a 9* legend (like Cocu, Rahmazvi-something), how to keep him there, how to use him
- how to find the specialists (F-K, Corner), choosing, the method, developing, testing
- how to play in a whole season 4-3-3 (or something) without getting trolled by teams with 1 or 2 DC.
- how to play as 35T team (like OMA)
I think all your points are good, and I can do a mix between my idea and some of these, I think that looking that lots of managers play for free and sometimes can not see the form to avoid bad results, will be interesting to play as a new manager do, with same resources and giving some ideas (or try to give LOL) to change the situation will be an interesting experiment and will entertain me.Quote:

Port vale FC, season 19 since I've created the club.
Level 5, 74.643 fans are waiting after... too many seasons to have the team that they deserve. Since the era of Sarans Vatsa (season 2) the team did not won a trophy. Season 2 was the most successful because Port Vale won the only league they have and went to the Champions League final.

Tonight I face pedro fc, the 13th.
Will be a good moment to see who's profitable in my team.
To know how ticket prize can I use to have the +5% bonus, know who's good in corners, fouls, and who will play under the field are tasks pending to do.

Surprising the GK, too the ST in correct position scored 6 goals in 2 League matches.
He shares the Top Scorer ranking with Simon Hoogland, of FCBarcelona that have a +1 match.
Looking the table and Tops FCBarcelona and Ghosts will be the teams that will fight initially for the League...

I did changes in the formation, will use my typical 4-3-3, now after change players only 3 are OOP, too I selected the GK, for corners and fouls. Let's see if he works.
orders were:
hard attacking/mixed/whole pitch/normal/short/man-to-man active counters and offside (LOL ?????)
I changed to:
attacking/mixed/whole pitch/normal/mixed/zonal and keep active both extra options.

I know maybe I'm fast explaining and have work to do with that, but I have to go.
I will leave this team, that initially is in better conditions than before, to play against the 13th and see what my players do.
In this night I will do some transfers, and will try to do friendlies to see if theres a better man for corners and fouls.
For now I still wih same $$$, players and all, next step that will change.

Ok, I did a transfer, for 6T I have new ST, I saw that scored 31 goals in 60 League matches, 7 in 21 of CL and 9 in 14 of Cup, too he's 4* 38Q but attack/phsical-mental trained till 45Q=6* so will help.

Manager is level 7 or 8 so probably he wanna obtain Tokens via negotiations for this :3
3T for a 26 age Slovakian DR, 5* 44Q.
After buy these new players I did a friendly against Mou, that have 5-6* players and we dominated the match with 60% possession during many time, but, he scored 1 goal, so 0-1.
I'm happy coz the seasation is that we faced him, jus we need this little bit for the victory, or some new key player or training a little bit more.
I just started today with this thing and I see results, lets see in some days what happens. :D

"Maybe" there's a little more % of injurie training with less condition, but really all is a little bit random in this sense, so if have to be injuried, is injuried, if not, not, despite condition, thats not mathematic :)

This isn't very interesting so far, all you're doing is untanking your squad. 75k fans after 15 seasons is dire. You're not showing me anything other than playing people in position and having Q advantage wins you games vs bots. Grats you must have a lot of free time.
Tanking is saving & training, he is resuscitating a dead team with all retirees.
Anyway if it isnt interesting for you.. don't read it, rather than make comments that do not add anything in topic.

Well, I started in worst position if we compare the team that you have when you start ehhh^^, in this team all were retired players and I wasted... ¿? 27T for 5 players (cash? I really did not waste and my target is another) to have a team more or less in conditions, as the new team that one can have when start the game. I just added 5 players, and changed of position the old players, and my intention is try to show, if something fail, what I do.Quote:

it's cool khris, i appreciate most of your content on here, i just don't see how its a challenge to buy a whole new team and play them properly. You haven't shared much tactical information other than formations. i'd hardly consider this a guide on reshaping a dead team but whatever floats your boat, mate. Enjoy crushing those 3 star clubs.
Also, this thread would likely be better on the team showcase thread but there is not enough traffic there for your attention-whoring.

To resume I can say that basically all is abot a thing that this game demand you as a manager, and that some people don't know (don't want) to apply, and is the 6th sense.
Every month we have people coming here and asking why with a full 5* or 6* don't win, or have the expected results, and many times we talk about that Quality is not all, etc..
And this is the thing tha I try to explain, because I obtained a team of retired players and just with 27T added some new players to try to have the same conditions as a new player can have, then, reds and greens I had 170 and 258, now 142 and 242, so since season started I wasted 28 reds and 16 greens that are easy to obtain via videos and resources in these 10 days for a normal player.
The team is 1st with just 5 new players and my message to this people that don't know what to do and think that all are tokens is that all is to prove, to test and to decide, and if they change just some positions, not a full team, and have some habits as managers (and know too how to buy players looking the stats in the old team) they can do a great season without spend a lot of time.
This thread will go about keep a team of medium Q. with normal resources and trying to recongnize and solve the problems that can appear.
