ok have purchased some new players and need to make some room to sign the new Striker.
New Striker is 47 Rating.
I have one X-Scout that gets some assists Stephen Donnelly rated at 42 who is also Free Kick SA.
or I can sell Mitrovic who is 19
I am leaning towards selling Mitrovic and keeping Donnelly as back up.
Advice please?

Sell Donnelly... He is 4*, 25 years old, he wont get any better... Show their stats...
personally i`d sell the older one as he will train slower BUT if the 19yr old is a slow trainer then sell him
I bought slow trainer striker last season and he scored 18 goals in 18 games, so you never know...
In my opinion we need see his skills (u did), and now.... His Stat (very importante the way the player contributes in the Pitch for the Team)
I would sell Mitrovic, I like to train young players.
And if he plays well BETTER :) he will grow Donnelly
I would only keep Oliviera Braga, he Is young and fasttrainer and already has the best skillset. He is best both now and a longer perspective:D
It is easy, forget quallity differences; put in 1st team one who scores more, assists more and has better form.

Hoping my Team finds some Solid form now, I might have purchased one of my Sold-Academy Players also, so lets see how that works out.
Bought two 5* youngster MC first day they are both busts.
They are benched.
Regretted selling two of my 2* MC which caused my unbeaten streak broken. They both produced 7~8 rating consistently as MC that controlled the midfield properly, causing low rate of chance created for my opponents. The new 5* getting 5~6 rates are just trash compared to them.
Instead of bad form players, I used OOP players on the MC positions they work better. Actually my team win the CL game today (due to ridiculous bad luck on the CL draw, all my CL opponents are one level higher than me) with AML and DC on both MC spots in my team. They both give me form above 7.
New comers can take time to become good.
Trash players who can't consistently make form 7 should be benched for training and friendly games, or sold.
Assuming performances of players are similar, generally speaking, I will not hesitate to sell old Donnelly
Player form and your team goals are important information for decision. If Donnelly is in good form and your team rely on him to get good result and your team's aim is still getting the best competition result, it will be harder to sell him immediately. If possible (you have 7 days to sign), I may select to wait until his performance dropped.
I am also waiting to sign 4 players at this moment.
