I've played 4-4-2 in almost all of my matches this saeson, and don't see any real reason to change next time. Hardly ever use any arrows either. (Well not from start of match).
To be honest, I hardly ever take any notice of what formation any of my opponents use. I just go to their profile to look at their team quality and select my team on that.
