I have heard about the 'quiet hours' as the best time to buy players but how can we find them?

I 'm from Greece (GMT +2).
My "quite" hour is 06.30-07.30
Most of the players log in, in the game/f-b/internet usually at their evening or night time.
I have on my server (192) many players from my time zone (Turkey, Egypt, Romania) but there aren't so many in this hour.
Indonesian (but this time 12.00 -14.00 is early noon for them so there aren't so many)
Western Europe - this time is 05.00 for them, so they're sleeping
Brazilians (it's late night for them, so there aren't so many).
This is the time I wake up to go to work, so every day I take a look at TM :o
* also in "my" morning time I find more easily free agent players (with 1T) so I check TM from time to time from my mobile.
I am from Asia. My time zone is GMT+8. The most quiet hours as I observed are around 6pm to 9pm. Probably, managers from both Asian and western countries are not very active in these hours.

For me the best time is about an hour after maintainence 6-7:30 I have bought about 70 % of my players

i generally find just after maintenance too but at the moment quite hour/hour`s for my oppo`s on bidding is 24hrs as i don`t need any player`s :)
Well I tend not to think of quiet hours on my main - the focus is MV time.
FA time for me was before 4pm GMT because that's when the 'I will win every FA' guy usually showed up - but he's gone now. In the OMA league I generally found that 11am to 2 or 3 pm was a good time for me to buy.
If you have the time, load your favourites with attractive players and observe.

Here we have a situation where players below level 15 trying to buy players without bidding wars and players above lv15 trying to sell their players :p
In my server doesn't exist quiet hours :mad:
in high level, there is few people on a bid for a player, is more easy to buy a player!
it's damn, i prefered before, when difficult and more happy when you win the player!
i'm level 30 now...
how to know where does most of player,on our server,come from?
Other than some of your facebook friends (maybe Google+), all teams you can view are from the same server as yours. You can have an impression where most managers locate. Alternatively, view the nationalities of players in transfer market.Quote:
