23 is the level of the manager, not the club, the club probably is in a league of +1-2 levels more than you.
Divide in 2: Level of Club/Level of Manager
Edited: yea I see he's level 15 so +1. Very fair, in my cup I face usually +4 levels.

He is a level 23 manager with a level 15 team. How is this NOT fair? I regularly have to play against teams that are 1-2 levels above me. Pay no attention to the level of the manager as it is irrelevant.Quote:
