How to add profile picture WITHOUT facebook???

Hi, how can I add a profile picture to my top eleven manager profile without facebook?

Also, I use top eleven on my iphone so how do I do it from there???

sorry, the picture is pulled from your FB or google, on mobile only there is plain avater, I know of no way to change.
