    Preparing for a match

Other than moving players around and arranging formation/attack plans does anyone do any stretching or cardio before a match?

I would think stretching at the very least might have a positive effect. Maybe eliminate injuries?

you would like to think so yes... and no one knows for sure. but...... in my experience in makes absolute no difference. Injuries appear randomly in the game. almost like the roll of a dice

don't do any training before a match -- risk of injury and bad performance
