I upgraded my stadium's stands for 600 ppl, but average attendandce is 244, i reduced price of tickets down to 3k(from 5, and they were 197 when i has 5k, i had 200 ppl stands for this moment) but they were 244 despite of this , my fan numbers is 800, so what's wrong?
Are you looking at actual attendance from a match, or just the average?
Also I think you must mean $ not k.

Have you been winning, or losing>? A poorly playing team draws less people so the tickets need to be cheaper.
Uhm... do you mean win bonus? That does not affect attendance, but yes could be measured in k.
Tickets are measured in $.

It matters vs who i have game? Because in one of my game i had 600 from 600 fans on stadium with price 7$, when i rised it to 9 it dropped to 280 from 600. Can 2$ have so big difference, or it's because first match i had vs 3rd opponent, last one with one of the worst?
yes at your level $2 can make a pretty dramatic diffference.

I think price matters more, but I cannot say for certain that opponents don't matter, I myself haven't noticed, I just keep my tickets low enough to always get full house.
Sounds like $7 is good for you, try $8 and see if you still get full attendance.. if not then back to $7. I do have higher prices than League for the other competitons.
Normally is 1$ per level sometimes one can rise 2, depend of results and some variables of interesting and intransigente but of reasonable consideration.

yes if you are playing a bad team, you may need to drop the price 1 or 2 slots. if you want a full house. quality against does matter for ticket sales.
As an example on pricing.....
i'm level 20
league .... $26
champ league ....$24
cup ..... $21
friendly .....$17
that works for me at my level .. although must admit not tried upping prices
CL and Cup you can charge one or 2 slots up than on league games, in my experience at least.
